Top center, he's always about the way he dresses and quoting him 'loves nice stuff' besides he has a real sense of style I think.

Since I just looked at other pics... He's got dark eyes. Although I'm not feeling Scorpio, I'm thinking his eyes do look deep sorta. But I'm not sure if it's Pluto deep or just Neptune dreamy.

Looking at his picture between virgo, libra and scorpio he would fit libra rising the most but I am unsure why you are confident he has moon in leo and not in cancer. Like he has venus in aries so the leo vibe you get could be that, aries and leo can both be playful, daring and confident but aries is more independant and leo more atentive but moon in cancer would be attentive too.

I think he could very well be a leo riser with moon in cancer..With sun in pisces and moon in cancer he has this softness about him but leo rising makes him look manly even though he has this softness about him.

After looking at him again I agree he doesn't look like that guy. Dunno why I thought so initially.

And not sure why I think Leo moon, it just exudes from him in all ways. He's got this childlike aura. Can be super cocky.

I know too many Aries Venus and it's not that that I'm feeling. I'm feeling Leo.

But I think what makes me most certain about it is how the planets align and cusp rulers.

Initially when I saw him, (knew nothing about astrology then) I thought a lawyer sort would fit his persona. So Virgo rising would make sense here. Also, I realized he's kinda meticulous and observant I think. (unless it was just this one post of mine he was observant about, not sure) But other than that I'm not feeling Virgo.

When I initially was trying to figure out his rising sign, I didn't take into account the Cancer vs. Leo idea. But I came to the conclusion then that he's a Libra rising. Then after realizing it it makes me all the more sure.

Would a 12th house Virgo ruler make someone 'think subconsciously'? I think that would make a lot of sense if it is so. Like how he portrays decisions almost sounds like it doesn't have a basis, but has a basis at the same time. Like it 'makes sense' but sounds like it extends from his subconscious. Not sure if I'm explaining it correctly.

Like an example, which also plays into this rising idea. Actually all other placements of his speak against this, so it must be this as to why it is so. So he believes in settling with a person that has somewhat of the same background as his, since they would 'get' each other better. So I believe what would attribute to this is his 12th house ruler Mercury sitting in his 4th.

(You can also say it would be his Cancer moon lol but I'm really not feeling Cancer moon. Not sure, he really does not possess those traits. He's the opposite of being emotionally attached. I think I really feel it when someone has a Cancer moon since my Venus picks up on it instantly - so far with other people I haven't been wrong - with him I'm just not picking up on it)

This other thing... Drug use is very much associated with the Piscean nature. Gonna quote him here:
"In any case, weed isn't bad necessarily. But everything should be done in moderation. Even moderation should be done moderately"

I think this is classic Libra, the balance. I think if he'd have no Libra in his chart he wouldn't have said this, since he has Neptune influences too and would probably go all out with the so called weed. (Even though this outlook might also be the Saturn to his moon, Neptune is at a tighter orb so believe it would distort this part of Saturn? Plus, him saying 'even moderation to be done moderately' it seems it's more about the balance vs the restriction.)

His Leo moon in his tenth aspecting Saturn in his sixth. He's about 'working any partying hard'. Something about this screams Leo to me, the partying part. And Saturn in sixth about working in aspect to his moon.

Again might be some of this that would be associated with a Leo rising too, but the other stuff mentioned in addition to this...

Also his NN conjunct his AC I'm really feeling strongly, it feels like he almost obsesses about his appearance.

I think you could very well be right that he has moon in leo with libra rising.

You dont see aries features in him even though venus rules his chart bc venus falls in his 7th.

You have venus in cancer?
