Super attached Venus with super detached Mars.

How do you feel this energy??

1) Does asexuality of Mars come into picture?

2) Are you only romantic type? (without sex?)

3) Are you possessive/ obsessive?

4) Are you promiscuous?

Hi

Having those locations I can say that:

1. No, I'm obsessively sexual
2. Too romantic and attached when I'm in love.
3. Possessive and Obsessive when I'm in love.

Hmm, interesting. In your case, it's almost like the usual Gemini Mars energy is canceled out by other factors. Which house is it in? Is yours tightly aspects to anything? What signs are on the cusp of your 5th, 7th & 8th House? Any planets in them?

I have learned by other
astrologers (I say this because I myself not more then a hobby astrologer at most) that the sign a planet is in is the Last thing we should look at. The aspects the planets have with other planets, and the House the planet is in has much bigger energy effects then the sign it is in . This is the case for me and the people I have encountered upon so far.

For ex I have venus in 8th aries inconjunct pluto. My venus is acting like a crazy and obsessed scorpio when in love. Nothing of the aries light hearted "hi and bye" mentality I tell you that. I can get as restless aas I want due to aries hating stagnation. I still will be obsessed with that person for years and will never budge.

Same with my Mars in gemini in 10th. Its aspected by saturn-uranus-moon-chiron. All thise planets has a huge impact in how my mars behaves.

Light and airy mars? Forget it! Opposite Saturn-uranus, that gemini sign has no chanse^^

The sign comes at third place.

@Melinn, I see

But I don't know the ascendant. Let me know if you want the chart though

Some placements are as follows:

Sun and Venus conjunct Pluto in Scorpio
Moon in Leo or Virgo
Mercury in Scorpio
Jupiter in Leo
Saturn, Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn
Mars in Gemini

I hope this helps.

Break it down

Mars in Gemini is ruled by Mercury. Barring aspect from Saturn/Pluto, Mars in Gemini is a "clap back" position that is excellent at improvising (Mercury-ruled).

If you add Uranus/Jupiter in aspect, they can be downright hard to predict as to what they will do or how they will respond in a situation.

The erotic(Mars) nature (barring other factors) is connected to the mental(Mercury).

So for them, sex is more about mind connection and them being turned on from that organ of the body BEFORE getting physical.

Would it make one asexual? Well, I wouldn't rule that out either as Mercury is a very versatile sign that can produce a porn star on one end as much as it can produce an indifferent person to sex on the other.

Mercury like Uranus ime, likes to keep you guessing. And both tend to steer clear of the "cliche" (Especially Uranus).

With Venus in Scorpio, they are territorial, violently possessive and willing to die(Scorpio is ruled by Mars) for what they value (Venus).

But because of the nature of Pluto as co-ruler, don't expect this nature to come through overnight. As one with Venus in Scorpio often appears as cool as cucumber at first blush(unless Mars aspects Venus).

But Pluto's more smouldering heat builds up over time. As they will progressively become more possessive and territorial etc.

So my guess is that once they have found an intellectually kindred spirit with whom to discuss the petty all the way up to the profound etc. That will turn them on to you.

They will want to keep things as intellectually interesting as possible as your interactions continue to be spontaneous and unpredictable.

Depending on whether you are dealing with a highly experimental Mars in Gemini or one that is not into sex as much, verbal sparring and exchange is a MUST.

Sometimes Mars in Gemini will give both boys and girls a try. Once again showing the duplicitous nature of Mercury and how sexual attraction starts in the mind and not so much through how a person looks or what gender they are etc.

Mars in air signs in particular can be the most confusing to others as they can be a world of contradictions. And that's because air (barring Pluto/Saturn aspects or influences) is more about the "journey" and not so much the "destination".

So the more they can change things up and keep things fresh. The better.

Pay attention also to 5th/8th house. If Mercury/Uranus is also involved there, expect an individual whose likely to experiment a lot and dislike labels or any sort of restrictions to sexual expression.

Neptune influences on Mars, the 5th or 8th could make sex either a divine spiritual experience. Or one that is deeply confusing where they can't tell what they like from what they don't. So sexuality identity(am I straight? Am I bi? Am I gay?) & issues around that abound.

Some with Neptune involved with Mars/5th or 8th in their chart, may be asexual, into romance more than sex or downright indifferent to sex. Seeing sex or the experience of an orgasm as something way " out there" and hard to reach etc.

Hi! I have a Scorpio Venus as part of a stellium (Sun, Part of Fortune, Pluto, Lilith and Mercury), and Mars (rx) in Gemini! Venus and Mars are inconjunct to the degree.

1) Sometimes there can be long bouts of what feels like asexuality! I veeeeery rarely feel sexually attracted to someone without a LOT of connection first. But uh, sometimes it can also be just a lot of the right kind of 'attention'!

2) I am growing into this! I tend to go by instinct; if the person smells right, I'm up for a lot. Romance has been a big question mark for a long time, but I'm also finding that it seems to be what I've been 'missing' in all my past relationships!

3) I can definitely be obsessive... Possessive doesn't seem to be something I feel very often, HOWEVER I've only had one person really light up my Scorpio area ... and whoo-boy I am still working on detangling the weird possessive/obsessive streak there.

4) I like to play at promiscuity. It's more of an aesthetic than something I'm really into legitimately embodying. Though within a closed relationship it all comes out anyway. Just needs the right outlet.

Hi!
Thanks for the reply!
If I may ask, how many relationships have you had and what were their durations?

What can possibly make you promiscuous? Like some trait in your partner or anything in particular?

Do you feel the 'spark' when you look for relationships?

Hmm, I've had 3.5 longish relationships. My first with a lovely Cancer girl, that lasted for about a year or so. We were emotionally intimate but not physically.
My second was with a Leo/Scorpio man, that lasted for almost 2 years, and we were physically intimate but not emotionally intimate. (Neither of us were that open, though it was when I discovered astrology so I sort of 'woke up' and then shortly after we ended up not together.)
My third was with a Gemini/Leo, and while we had a lot of emotional and physical intimacy, it was ... not healthy. There was a lot of Neptune/BML between us (me being the BML) and he was very emotionally wounded from a young age and projected a lot onto me. I also came to realize through that 1.5 year experience that I am autistic.

There was a 2.5 relationship in there that wasn't ever really official, but it slightly overlapped relationship 2 and 3 (I was poly and everyone knew, I strongly dislike secrets or cheating in relationships). He was Libra/Aqua and there was a lot of very intense intimacy going on, but not a lot of it seemed very conscious. That one I am still emotionally getting over, but I would say my promiscuity definitely came out a lot there. Eventually though I realized it wasn't within something that would be considered a relationship, and I ended up feeling more and more uncomfortable with it the longer I tried to keep it up. Now there is no contact between us (self imposed, sigh) until such a time as I am emotionally healed from my own issues.

I always need a 'spark' in a relationship, or I have no interest in anything intimate! This goes for friendships alike, as well. Perhaps because my moon is in Gemini? My NN is in the 11th as well, and I have a lot of 7th house heavy energy.

Very interesting! Thanks a lot!

What kind of person are you attracted to?
Do you have 'the stare'? Do you relationships tend to be Plutonic? All or nothing?
Your Gemini Moon sure likes to play though

Haha, well kind of play! It seemed like such a long, spread out period of time, to me! I don't like a lot of flings, as I get pretty deep with anyone I interact with in general.

I think I sometimes have 'the stare', but it tends to only come out when I'm mad or upset. Probably especially when I'm mad. I try not to stare at anyone as eye contact can be difficult for me (ironic, I know!) but I am on the Autism Spectrum so eye contact is kind of distracting for me to pay attention to what's being said. I also don't like staring at people unless I know them really well hahaha.

I would say ... they are kind of Plutonic. Not intentionally; I've never gone into a relationship thinking 'wow this is the ONE', just 'hey this is cool, lets see where this goes, I'm comfortable with what is right now'. Not sure about my previous partners though. I tend to use Porphory or Whole Signs for my astro-charts, which puts all my Scorpio in the 8th, but if I use Placidus, it puts my stellium in the 7th house (sans Mercury/Lilith) so I suppose I may draw more Plutonic minded individuals to me? Maybe if I really think about it I am automatically in it for the 'long haul', whatever that may happen to be. I would be happy being friends with someone our whole lives if they were happy with the same, but that doesn't mean I would shack up and get married within any time soon. (Maybe live together- but I'm not sure I want to do that again for a loooong while anyway hahaha).

My Moon does need a lot of emotional communication though! Not just about my own, but if there are feelings abound, they need talked about or I get anxious. I try not to force anyone, though- but usually if they DON'T get discussed, they will end up causing a rift between me and the other person. Or that's been the case in all my past relationships (platonic and otherwise).

These are quincunx signs so very different and something may seem as if one cannot reconcile them. It may be something the person just has to come to terms with.
