Well it is a little bit of both. These people always look good no matter what they wear, and they can be ugly as hell but still have that something that appeals to other people.

They attract people like magnets, and are really likable. For a long time I thought they just had that "something", that je ne sais quoi, and it can be true to a degree, but they are mostly likable because of their attitude. They search for harmony wherever they go and even if they don't feel like, they will put on a smile on their face for people to see.

They are easygoing, but tend to go to the extreme of being a pushover, saying yes to everything and being soooooooooo easily influenced by other people, just for the sake of keeping a good vibe.

I must emphasize that this pushover attitude is actually what appeals to other people; if u think about it, a person uses 1st house Venuses for their own benefit, for good or bad. They can use it to manipulate 1stH/V, or they can use it because they nurture off that easygoing side, where things are easier to deal with.

Thinking about it, 1st house placements, in one way or another, are defined by other peoples reactions. You are who you are because other people come into play too; you couldn't be a pushover or beautiful if other people didn't see you that way or react to you in some way.

Also, the downside of this placement, IMO, is the big as* ego they have, specially if they are aware of their magnetism. It can of course not be as big if other placements/aspects come into play, but it is still there. Sometimes they think they are the only ones that exist in this planet and the only ones that are capable of putting beauty out in the world lol

Haha very elaborately so. I have this placement. I really was just curious how it affects someone's personality, I think most people stress on the physical attributes only.

It's true the seeking harmony part, but it probably depends on other placements too. My chart ruler (Mercury) is in Aries. I have no issue calling someone out on something. But it's true, I'll do it in a way that they won't necessarily feel like I'm against them or anything, but rather their actions or whatever. Like they shouldn't take it personally. (I hope lol, people randomly tell me though that my language is too hurtful sometimes so I guess it depends, I'm trying to change that though, my mom especially... She's a Pisces Moon and I like her too much but I just keep on doing the same thing 😏 )

i have venus in libra conjunct my ascendant (from 12th if you use placidus, it's a 2 degree orb) and i'm mostly laid back

people tell me i'm the most laid back person they've ever met all the time

i'm not a pushover though, i just generally don't get bothered by things and don't care one way or another
