I would also guess some Neptune aspects because there was a confusion of boundaries what was “play” or abuse and when it went to far.

I read somewhere that a Mars/Pluto bond is very hard to break no matter how sick the relationship may or may not be :-/

And potentially violent or aggressive (mars) and controlling/ manipulative (Pluto).

I think anything involving a Pluto aspect could make it a bond hard to break so there could also be Venus/Pluto or moon/Pluto dynamics here.

My guess would be:
- Mars/ Pluto (especially)
-Moon/Pluto
-Venus/ Pluto
-Sun/Pluto

Or 8th house synastry.

I could definitely think Pluto is involved !
