Venus in the 5th (in Aries, at that) would be pretty expressive, imo.

While Saturn is also in the 11th, probably modifying one's ability to have many different friends, Pluto in H11 could indicate that there is a lot of loyalty in the few friendships this person has, and that connections with others are deeply transformative to them.

Moon in Aqua in H3 (ruler of the IC) also gives me a chatty vibe

So while I feel like this person could be pretty outgoing, knowing lots of people, very few people would actually know who he is at his core with a Scorpio ASC, Virgo MC, and Sun in Pisces closely conjunct the IC. He might reserve that part of his personality for very few people.

His Sun trine his ASC also gives me the impression he's very sure of himself and can help put people at ease without much effort.

Uranus and Jupiter in H1, yeah can't imagine this guy being much of a wallflower!

I think anything close to the IC shows something secretive about an individual (this doesn't have to be a negative thing). There is something deep within them that they keep on reserve from others until they let you in. I've seen this often with the Venus and the Moon in individuals, I'm sure the Sun is no different. Something about his identity is just always out of reach for others.

Already his Mercury is in tight square to Uranus, that can challenge his ability to relate to people on a mundane level. Imaginative Pisces in the 3rd is squaring off with the philosophical and erudite Sagittarius. This is a prominent challenge in his chart!

Seeing his other placements including Scorpio Rising, I'm getting a feeling that he's the type to observe if you're on his "level" first before he opens up and shows you his exuberant self. He just doesn't see the point in engaging with others unless he feels confident that he will be understood/comfortable enough without judgement.

He's never been one to chase a girl he's interested in (took him over 5 Years to confess his feelings for me), and he's very private and reserved by nature.
