- I've only been privy to an inheritance so far from 1 person. It was multiple "things", but somehow I never received any of them (well, I did "receive" the car, but I was far underaged so "I" sold it but the adults selling on my behalf never gave me a cent).

- There is mystery surrounding a life-long health issue, yes.

- I think I read long ago it indicates sexual fantasization. You can check that box for me too. (I have a packed H8 and Sun/Merc/Pluto in Scorpio, so I'm not saying Neptune-8 alone is at fault here...)

-- I just thought of this now, but since 8=sex and Neptune=dissolve/out-of-reach (see inheritance thing), Neptune-8 could explain why I'm going to die a Virgin. Funny, it was written in the stars! I was doomed from the start!

If you can think of other effects, I'll confirm/deny. Neptune-8 indicating the weirdness with inheritances was enough for me to read about it and go "yup" and be done, so maybe there's some stuff I don't know.

When in 8th,there could be misinformation/ misunderstanding when it comes to wills/ death/sexual intimacy and other 8th house matters.

We could leave an open-ended will or have people leave us a will that is open to interpretation i.e "to the one I loved the most and considered my equal, I leave £100 000 pounds" etc.

At the hospital,one could be mistakenly declared "dead". When in actuality, they are still very much alive i.e people who are declared "dead" but come back to spread the word about what they "saw".

In sexual intimacy,we could be the type who have far reaching sexual fantasies that are hard to fulfill-let alone bring forth to life i.e wanting to have sex with an extra terrestrial for instance or struggling to define ones sexual orientation explicitly.

To understand the Neptune in 8th,think of the brother in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 1" movie who took the cloak of invisibility.
