I saw some of the following videos on TV and while looking for them, I found a couple of other amazing ones, so I just wanted to share.

this a great video, for those who don't have vertigo (7:46)

next,

FREE FALL (4:18) : World champion freediver Guillaume Nery special dive at Dean's Blue Hole, the deepest blue hole in the world filmed entirely on breath hold by the french champion Julie Gautier. This video is a FICTION and an ARTISTIC PROJECT. Edited by BLUENERY (c). Music: ARCHIVE - you make me feel.

"i just copied this,,,, This video is a FICTION and an ARTISTIC PROJECT, I don't claim to have reached the bottom of the hole (202m) without rope and fins, as the world record in no-fins discipline is 95m. We made this movie to show another approach in freediving videos. We wanted to express the strenght of the elements water-earth-air and the sensations of freedom, harmony, exploration. All the shots were made on breath hold by Julie Gautier"

"He dived 80 times to film this, i just watched the documentary on Discovery!(...)"

the following 2 videos were made by a certain Frosch Yankee. I was searching for the first one in particular cause I had seen it on a TV program showing stuff from the web. (4:16)

the second one has nothing to do with humans exploits, I got carried away, but, anyways... 5 minutes of pure beauty...

Definitely scary!
What is scarier is what it was like for the guys who built them!

sometimes scarier for those on the ground...my uncle suffered a head injury (while wearing statutory helmet!) when something was dropped from a structure like this in progress...he never fully recovered his powers of speech.

my father in law worked on high steel erections for years and never even twisted an ankle. it takes a certain sort of head to do the highwork, in the US native americans were famously good at working at altitude. having climbed a mesa in new mexico that makes good sense to me!

Pretty cool! They would have to pay me pretty sweet to do something like that.. I don't think I'd be able to stand being up so high anyway lol.

I felt quite sick too. I could never do anything like that. I mean to work on a roof ok, but this height I would not be capable. even though in both cases I might die, I wouldn't want to have a long time to think about it.
