I really don't want to be depressed on Thanksgiving (I realize neither of you are American but tomorrow is my Thanskgiving dammit!).

what is holding me is the love i have for this place and the loving knowflakes that are still here.im thinking a lot about you all and you deserve a great place to share your visions,beliefs and ideas.

for now i wont leave,rest assure of that.

i dont know if Lara saw it,but i also asked her not to leave.

for the sake of who we love here.

be at peace,focus on the great things in Life,knowing that the good always stands up strongher than everything else.

i asked Lara and MVM to give me their emails but unfortunately the thread was closed too.

i think i have my personal mail on my profile,if you want email me andiŽll also give you an invitation to join a group of ours - izo,DD,mysself and Kat - that we created long ago when we 1st joined in LL.

After lurking for a year I finally registered on 11/11/2005

I did not find the courage to post for over a month. The Astrology page was was my main focus, and quickly I found a 'friend' Azalaksh,
Rarely did I post anywhere else, after 2 years I graduated to Free For All with Mirandee, and BlueRoamer, AcusticGod, SoloneStar, shop22much, Moon666Child, pixelpixie, fayte.m, sue g, Happy Dragon, The Mutable Night Force, Aphrodite, proxieme, Heart--Shaped Cross, TheEvolution, ListensToTrees, juniperb and others being major contributers.

While my focus remained on the Astro-page I finally explored the rest of the site. What diversity! What knowledgeable, kind, and evolved people! I was humbled and delighted. There were arguments at times but the literate and adult natures quickly resolved most rough spots, there were 1 or 2 times every year where a major fracas ensued, usually with one bad seed at it's heart, flaming and a very occasional banishment [Lotus]

The phrase "true colors" was/ is wielded in guillotine fashion during these times. A phrase I dislike to this day....
as in: well, they
showed their true colors being the strictest condemnation a fellow flake would make.

Without writing a book here I would just like to say that change has never been the issue with this most current house cleaning. Change is inevitable, and we all know that. Change is not a problem, direction can be/ is.

I am going out-on-a-limb here and broadly state that fellow-flakes---least of all those who posted regularly in the Godzalla threads--- dislike an 8th House themed folder on this site. In fact they would welcome it as a good idea.

There is a problem inherent with those themes however. I feel that those areas of our life are the most sensitive. In simplistic terms: Sex, money, death, religion, and taxes

The themes require delicacy, maturity, and openmindeness. few of us have all of those qualities in tandem-- on any given day-- in a consistent fashion. There would be a need for a strong outline and direction that comes from the top down-- with good management-- and a staff of moderators up to the task.

With out a sticky the protocols for the folder and rules for posting have to stay on top, so to speak.

From the very first with a raft of thread titles to include

• How do you attract a Scorpio
• How do you attract a Taurus

I was here that night before most of the deletions, and decided it was time to move on. I saved the purple posts and a few others.
After 2 days I had calmed down and clicked on LL to read. I opened to Lara posting for purple. Then the lockdowns ensued once more.

So, without having DD or Diandra's or Izo's addy for the Yahoo page they created.... I would like to know if anyone could post it for me?
