Thinking of getting one. What looks okay on a guy? What doesn't?

Love an earring on a guy like a diamond stud.

I have a fetish for eyebrow piercings. My boyfriend has one and a nose ring. He took out his earring awhile ago; apparently, that's a homosexual thing now.

I have a wide assortment of earrings. I create some out of cool keychains that I find. The left ear is straight.

I know so many guys with their ear pierced, nobody thinks they're gay!

What about a belly button piercing?

I think less is more, on a man. I like the tease of a small diamond stud because you know he is a little wild but not Tarzan

Ha I think mine were like these..

The squareness is unnoticeable coz they're tiny.

Don't wear any as of late but maybe if I find cooler ones.

Facial pierings on a man can be very sexy.

I like septum/nose piercings and stretched ears.

I think piercings on men are alot more acceptable, that is those of out of the box nature than those of women.

I have seen them everywhere and find them quite sexy no matter where they are!

I like them better than ink!!!

I personally don't like them, and I really, really, really do not like stretched ears at all. Or necks.

A small stud earring doesn't bother me on a guy, but I really am not into other piercings at all. Not a huge fan of tattoos either. Some that are meaningful are kind of cool, if they're small and could be covered up for a special occasion (I very much dislike how formal dresses/suits look with tattoos showing; it just bugs me). Body modifications just don't appeal to me at all.

I like a more classic look for casual clothes and something more polished for special occasions. Nothing too crazy, outlandish, or 'out there'. Piercings are a bit 'out there' for me, except for the small stud piercings.

people still think that? hhmm... what if a man has both ears pierced, as was the trend here for quite some time? odd...

nipple piercings can be very very sexy if the gentleman in question is "fit" enough...

Both ears is still cool, but mainly just studs or diamonds. It is a trend, though. One ear is like black converse shoes--never goes out of style. With my outrageous earrings, it would look too feminine in two ears.

I like the little spacers, too big is kind of a turnoff thought, but I mean, it's different and I like different.

I'm similar to Regerdes Plutero. I don't like piercings or jewelry on men, especially.

Stretched ears gross me out, unless they are small, like SunChild's. Her's look nice. The huge ones give me the heebie-geebies and I don't understand it either.

Major bod-mod is kind of disgusting to me. Tattoos arent body modification to me - it's just art on skin. And I used to tattoo, so I see it differently. The body isnt morphing...it's just got art added to it..

Unless you are in your early twenties and are already tatted up from head to toe and have a mohawk and listen to great punk rock music, play an instrument well and it's just.......YOU. It's in you, it is you.... ...and will be forever.... then don't bother getting a piercing. You will look foolish and like you are trying too hard to be cool.

And how many options do guys have besides ears, maybe nipples... and pen!s? I mean, you arent going to get your bellybutton pierced are you Brittany Spears? or nose or eyebrow......? LOL!!!

If a guy your age walked into one of the old shops I used to work at looking for a piercing.....I think i'd have to deal with you like I dealt with the ' I just turned 18 year-old girls' I'd talk out of getting a cheesy 'tramp stamp'.

Don't make a dumb move. ....or don't say i didnt warn you anyway.

Yes ear stretching I know much about, it's like having bigger ear jewellery, something artistic. I wouldn't go much bigger than 5mm. My brother is just stretching one ear, looks great.
I think on some women and men it looks amazing... and then well,

I agree that it works on some men and women.

Your bro just stretching one ear...? I just had a visual of someone with a great punk haircut that falls off to one side....hair heavy on one side, statement earring on another. I bet it looks great.

I'm happy that where I worked we were more concerned with the art of it all and refuse to give people their stupid whimsical ideas of what they thought would make a great tattoo...becasuse we knew better. So for us, it wasnt only about the money, or making a buck, but knowing that these people would be walking around for the rest of their lives with our permanent art on themselves... also advertising our own technique or talent forever. So we couldnt let them walk out with their crazy ideas of what was cool. LOL

Well, some of us anyway. My Leo buddy would do whatever, for a buck. I miss my Cancer bestie. He taught me alot about the art and was a genius at blending colors with a gun. Takes years of practice to get good at. He could do some really straight, solid lines as well. Not easy my friends!!!

Seems like years ago now. I miss them

I didnt stay there long.
