Poor little leftist.
Delusional horseshiite!

Trump is guilty of only one thing, beating your little Queen of Corruption, Hillary The Corrupt.

Btw, leftist's little hit men, Taylor and Kent, with their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hand hearsay evidence looked like bungling, incompetent boobs at Nancy Pee-Lousy's impeachment hearing yesterday.

Oh yeah, and when they were asked exactly what impeachable offenses Trump committed, they were both mute as sphinxes.

Democrat Dud: First Public Impeachment Hearing Falls Short as ‘Complicated,’ Unclear Allegations Drive Inquiry Forward
Matthew Boyle
13 Nov 2019

House Democrats’ first impeachment inquiry public hearing on Wednesday was widely panned as the two career diplomats who testified failed to offer clear allegations of wrongdoing against President Donald Trump, and Democrats running the show found themselves on defense in response to the Republicans in the minority who were aggressive and effective in pushing their counter-narrative.

“It was a total disaster for us,” one senior House Democrat aide told Breitbart News.

“Too complicated,” another Democrat aide said.

“This won’t make sense to regular people,” a third Democrat aide told Breitbart News.

Wednesday marked the first public hearing of the Democrats’ formal impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. The hearing opened slowly, taking 93 minutes for the panel’s chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and its ranking member Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) as well as the two witnesses Bill Taylor and George Kent to get through their opening statements.

Taylor’s opening statement, which he read in its entirely, was 20-pages-long and contained lots of unclear background information. Kent’s, which was nearly as long and winding, contained numerous history lessons about Europeans helping Americans in the Revolutionary War.

The White House was clearly pleased with the lackluster performance by Democrats on Wednesday, as evidenced by two tweets from White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham:

A senior administration official told Breitbart News, too, that the Democrats have made a “colossal political mistake” by proceeding with this impeachment push despite the weakness of their case. While Republicans had been focused on process over substance, now with this first public hearing the White House believes the Democrats’ case has been “exposed” as being “extremely weak.”.............

In doing this Trump strengthened the position of Russian backed separatists in Ukraine.

Trumps use of taxpayer dollars to bribe foreign power to investigate his foes is eggregious and illegal, and puts US foreign interests in danger.

His callous lack of concern for the laws of the US should result in removal from office, he has betrayed the constitution and the American people.

The prior two impeachments were over a minor burglary and an extramarital affair.

Bribing a foreign power for personal gain is a serious offense, perhaps the most serious ever committed by a US President.

And yet the cult of Trump (formerly known as the republican party) stands unmoved and unwilling to uphold the constitution.

Let the history books show that the cult of Trump stands on the side of lies, bribery, concealment, corruption, and despotism.

Bribery requires the person being bribed to know there was a bribery. The Ukraine never even knew aid was withheld.

BTW, conditions are often required for receiving aid. Obama did the same thing 8 times:
http://dailycaller.com/2019/11/08/eight-times-obama-administration-conditions-foreign-aid/

When you add into the equation our treaty with the Ukraine, as well as the National Defense Authorization Act (both purposed to root out corruption in the Ukraine), not only did President Trump not break the law, but he was doing what he was required to do by law!

The intention of bribery in the constitution was derived from english law of the time, which was defined as an officeholders abuse of power of an office to obtain a private benefit rather than for the public interest.

Bribery as defined in the constitution is different than the current federal law for bribery.

Trumps actions fit neatly within this criteria.

The Presidential Oath of Office requires the President to take care the laws are faithfully executed.

It's incumbent on Presidents to make sure Americans are not breaking US or foreign laws.

In Joe 'Plugs' O'Biden's case, he extorted Ukraine to fire the prosecutor who was investigating the oil company Hunter Biden worked with as a Board Member.

"If you don't fire that prosecutor, you don't get the Billion in foreign aid." That's a violation of both US and Ukrainian law.

Of course, demorats believe all a criminal has to do to avoid investigation..or prosecution for criminal acts...IS RUN FOR FEDERAL OFFICE. Then, you're golden.

Sometimes…

In their hearings, when I hear some try to set-up and argue a point, it reminds me of a shallow word-twist that my ex used to do--

He would use my car to drive the kids.

Along the way, he would stop at a package-store and buy beers.

He would guzzle the beer in the parking lot,
THEN continue to drive the kids home.

My girls told me that he was "drinking and driving"!!

He called them LIARS!! --

Said he was NOT drinking-and-driving.

Said that he drank the beers in the parking lot FIRST, and never did he 'drink' while 'driving'...
'it never happened'.

ummmmm. Wha????

The POINT is that he was inebriating himself.
Not the tiiit-for-tat word-game argument of drinking and driving.

I haven’t been watching the hearings, because I can’t stand watching the republicans lower themselves that much, to protect this guy.

I’m so sorry that happened to you and your children.

It seems those slimy demorats have moved on to 'attempted bribery'...which is not listed in the Constitution as one of the 'High Crimes' or Misdemeanors upon which Presidents may be impeached.

Almost impossible Yovanovitch would not be aware of Joe 'Plugs' strong arming Ukraine into firing the prosecutor investigating the oil and gas company paying Hunter Biden $50K per month for a 'stay home' job. Almost certainly a lie under oath by Yovanovitch.

I agree with you Mirage, its all just slimy wriggling around the truth.

Everyone knows Trump used taxpayer money to pressure Ukraine to investigate political opponents, and that this weakened Ukraine's ability to hold off a known enemy, Russia. This is an intolerable offense.

How about Trump uses his own money to meddle in our elections? He's got plenty of it.

Sorry your husband was putting your kids in danger like that, hope you got rid of him

The Trump cult is trying to make this about Biden.

But sorry this isn't about Biden, this is all classic gaslighting, which is a form of emotional abuse.

This is about Trump, nice try trump cult.

"Everyone knows Trump used taxpayer money to pressure Ukraine to investigate political opponents, and that this weakened Ukraine's ability to hold off a known enemy, Russia. This is an intolerable offense."

Everyone knows The Marxist Messiah, Obama was the one who denied Ukraine the weapons to hold off their known enemy, Russia...thus colluding with Putin to weaken Ukraine's defenses. Obama and Putin know blankets and bandages won't stop Russian tanks, but that's what was in Obama's aid package to Ukraine. Obama withheld Javelin anti-tank weapons and Russian invaded Ukraine/Crimea

Everyone knows it was President Trump who approved the sale of weapons to Ukraine in the form of Javelin anti-tank weapons...and other weapons, thereby sticking a finger in the eye of Putin.

Everyone knows about Hunter Biden's $50,000 per month 'no show job' with Ukrainian oil and gas company, Burisma.

Everyone knows Joe 'Plugs' O'Biden interfered in the Ukrainian investigation of Burisma using a Billion, $1,000,000,000 of US taxpayer money to get that prosecutor fired.

Are you all seeing the deposition of Marie Yovanaovich?

There is awesome respect from the GOP to her 33 year contribution [Reagan appointed her and she has served 3 Republican Presidents before Donnie].

She mentions 40 billion stolen by Ukrainian Oligarchs. She was trying to figure this out, and 1 billion got repatriated. Then Rudy strikes.

I think the Ukrainian Crooks bribed Rudy.

Rudy also indirectly threatened Trump, saying he has "Insurance" if Trump throws him under the bus.

It is interesting that Roger Stone has been found guilty too on the same day. He will soon join Mobsters like Paul Manafort in prison.

Democrats are playing this with finesse, one of the Masterstrokes being a live Tweet of Trump asserted as "Witness Intimidation" by Adam Schiff. Brilliant.

They're doing a pretty good job IQ but nothing is going to breakthrough the cult of Trump. The senate will not budge.

The hope is this will breakthrough to the American voter.

America has an election system in which a small handful of voters decide the presidency, it isn't like other countries.

Suburban swing voters in pennsylvania, florida, ohio, michigan, decide who gets to be president.

Some might call this taxation without representation....

Are these swing voters watching? Do they care?
