It has been a crazy 10 days with getting things ready for the new job (submitted my clearance papers during Merc retro and they lost my fingerprints, putting me back another 2 weeks or more), the insane shooting of our representative and the loss of a few Soldiers that I knew from my previous job and another Soldier that we lost from the brigade that hired me. I do apologize for my outburst and getting angry at Ami Anne. I should not have let my emotions in real life cause me to lash out here. Hopefully, things will settle a bit now and all will be good. Thank you ghani, I'm good- mostly I was just stressed out. This town is very small and trying to find work has been pretty insane. I was hired before Thanksgiving and should have started now but the final org that was supposed to review my background check lost my prints which put everything behind. Thankfully, I spoke with the brigade and they were more worried I was going to find another job. My heart goes out to the families that lost the Soldiers. Two of the wives worked with me in Germany and I knew the Soldiers. They are currently in Afghanistan and have lost more than 13 Soldiers (just in that squadron) since late summer. I missed LL, but I also needed to just step back for a bit to gather my wits again. I hope all is well with you too  IP: Logged |

So sorry for the losses. Hopefully the families can find peace and joy in life again. What an emotional rollercoaster! And I know a firey upstart (  )like you can't sit still so that must have been driving you nuts not to be working. Hope things smooth out and the job is a good fit for you! Much love to you and Bear!
