I realize my lie has been lies and lies. My grandmother was the only one who ever told me the truth. I am inundated under a mantle of lies. I want to to feel my gut, and my heart. I want to feel it and trust it, but my life forced me to swallow all these lies and I am sick with them and must let them go. Can anyone relate?------------------

Yes.
And since most folks tell little white lies and some bigger ones;
I have only one person I trust 100%,
and do not usually try to get close to anyone else these days.
I hate lying.
