If it is only how good one THINKS
they are;
then it is delusion/false bravado.
If one KNOWS, that is different.
They will remain confident even if having an off moment where things just do not go as expected;
but they can laugh it off and not be afraid to give it a go later.
They do not need ego stroking validation.
The person who only thinks he/she is great in the sexual arena;
will most likely lose it and become hurt/angry/or whatever if things do not go as expected or desired.
That type of persons need constant ego stroking to keep their false confidence.------------------
