Some people just continue to disgust me. This douchebag chick that always calls in sick and asks to take off for vacations...like she can't go a week w/o calling off. And I know I'm not the only person who thinks she is full of **** .

She text me at 1:30am to take her shift that starts at 7:30am

I'm not going to do it...she has really crossed the line this time.

I decided to ignore. BUT I can't go back to sleep cause I just imagine my phone being blown up at 5 in the morning. HOW UNPLEASANT! So I shut off my phone. I'm afraid the house phone will get blown up too so I can't relax and go back to sleep.

Part of me wants to go off on her...I can't even fake it. And be like sorry I can't. She should know better not to ask people to cover her a$$ at that time. I don't care what going on.

I refuse to put up with that and get disrespected. What in her godd@mn mind does she think she is doing? I know she doesn't treat other people at work this way. SO IT'S F*CKING INSULTING. She needs to know how stupid she looks for thinking she can walk on me like that.

But running into her at work tomorrow wont be pretty. I can't fake that I give a **** , and that any of this okay.

Last week this girl asked me to take her shift on my day off.

I politely told her no, I'm busy. She told me she had to date go to, I basically said I don't care find someone else.

So what do I see? I'm scheduled on my day off.... I made plans on that day, so I went to to my manger why I'm scheduled on this day.
She told me I offered to take this slimy rachet ******* hours.

I just used my sick leave and she had to come in
hahahahahaha

**** HER AND HER DATE. I hope she never gets laid, ever.

I also made a complaint.

You should make a complaint, she's definitely not allowed to call you like that.

Yes I plan on letting the director know today. I know the director has already talked to her about calling off all the time.

Ah wow that's really low...glad she had to come in. Who schedules a date when they have work?!

Yeah if she wants to talk to me about it I'm going to tell her "I don't care what happened you, don't text me at that time."

Yep no avoiding her today, she was rude & p!ssed me off so I'm gonna give it to her.

Sounds like she was trying to take advange, and she thought she could get away with it. The nerve of some people, its not your problem whats going on with this womans life. Every so often you will encounter some people that have this sense of entitlement no matter what. Even if it means disrupting other peoples lives, but they do it anyway without shame. Anyway you did right by turning off your phone and showing the director her intrusive text.

Thanks! Yeah I've ran into quite a few people like that. I can't stand when people treat me like their problems are my problems. I am kind...but when people get an entitled attitude to my kindness. I get so turned off.

I work somewhere where people count on me to cover for them...but wont do they same for me in return. But this girl by far is the worst....!!!

It went well! I showed my co worker the text first, and she was like "you need to show the director this" and the director was right behind us walking down the hall. So I showed the director the text and what time that text was.

I could tell the director thinks her behavior is ridiculous too. She said "I'm sorry that happened to you" And the director says she shuts her phone off at night because of her. Trying to get someone to cover for her shirt at 5am.

the text at 1 in the morning she said she thinks she has pink eye...

when I turned my phone back on a 8am I have another text like "it was just allergies, but go figure my car wont start" 20 minutes before her shift started!
And she lives with room mates, she wanted to completely call off cause her car wouldn't start ya gotta be kidding me. (and I'm 99% positive that she is full of it!)

But about a week ago I had a dream that she got fired.
and with my new schedule...that means her hours changed or she's fired.

Co-workers...

I have one who is suddenly SUPER nice to me because I found out a secret of hers, one that's an idiot, and one who's married and kind of hits on me but in a rather pompous way.

The idiot one's hours got cut (no surprise) so she is constantly telling everyone "If you need me to work for you, just let me know." I wanted off Monday, so I texted her Sunday in the afternoon. She more or less agreed and then backed out of it a few hours later. Come to find out she had ASKED my other co-worker (the "nice" one) if she could have her Thursday shift instead. She says she's at 60 hours already, but there's no way. We just got paid last week... really?

On top of asking me to come in early an hour before she needs to be picked up and two hours before MY shift starts, with no notice other than "My boyfriend is going to church," (by the way, she said she was still in Church at midnight. Is there a holiday going on I don't know about? I didn't know services lasted that long...not being facetious.) Her drawer count is NEVER right. She'll leave payments open ended in our computer program, so that leaves the next shift over or under by, oh, thirty-six dollars depending on how she feels that day.

The kicker? She wants to be a NURSE! A NURSE, everybody...she wants to save lives. Pffftt. The girl can't count to save HER life and everyone in the office is hoping her boyfriend proposes to her so that the world won't chew her up and spit her out.

While I'm at it - let's talk about how my other boss favors little pretty skinny things. When I started out as a night auditor he said I'd eventually be making 9.00. Never happened, and I got moved over to the sister hotel. He hired this girl in place of me for Front Desk in general. Well, the time came when our regular night auditor wanted off, so she got trained. Not only did she get paid a dollar more, but everyone felt sorry for her having to do it all week, and he gave her cash PLUS a Visa card with money on it. SUCH BS. My friend and I work our ***** off at our jobs and always get told there's no way for us to move up, or get a raise. Oh, excuse me then... I think I'm coming down with a violent illness of GFY.
