saronna Knowflake Posts: 499 From: Australia Registered: Jan 2010	posted July 12, 2013 02:02 PM some people are more in touch with wanting to runaway and die. thats how we all feel at sometime. but maybe dont express it. or even aware of it. some people are tough. but it can be rough. even for the tough. but its good to let it out and cry. and even the tough cry. and the toughest ones are the ones that cry. and have a good cry. because they feel so much. and us feely people are going to be okay. i was going to write about lost love. but saw your post. big hugs. we will hold your hand. us sweet peas. i will write some more. you know it can get crazy sometimes but there will be sane times. hang out for those times and between now and then the craziness and sane times wrap your self in a warm blanket with some hot cocoa and some really nice spahettgi bolognese with some really nice pepper craked cheese heaps grated on top and on the bottom of your bowl. and in front of a warm fire place. as it gets cold here in colorado. and warm fluffy socks and your pjammas and in a nice soft bed and doona. and rest. it will be okay. lots of love and big hugs your friend saronna ps watch some funny cartons your favourite cartoons. it helps. to have a good laugh when you are feeling so down. and its like a teddy bear. its nice and comforting. just chilling out. Step back, try to be a witness to yourself, ie: look at yourself from youg higher self's perspective, about 3 feet back and 3 feet up and just observe the humaness...in you... Watch your self being a Pisces...it took me nearly 51 years to learn that most of the depression that I get into (despite my PTSD which I am learning to restructure my brain chemistry on) is the negativity I pick up of others. I used to date a Pisces with a huge Aries influence, he bout drove me insane! Water puts out fire, fire makes water boil...
