I'd venture to say that much of it isn't.

I have been accused of that so many times now, when it has absolutely nothing to do with how I am feeling.

I tend to agree. I'm an obstinate person by nature and disagree a lot, but I'm not jealous at all. Jealousy is a very negative emotion, IMHO.

I agree. & i'd venture to say that too many people try to pull that card either because it's easy to, or because it makes them feel better in some way, or boosts their ego. It's easier and more pleasant to make yourself believe that someone is actually jealous of you or something you have, than to look at things honestly. I notice people who want to take an easy way out will often throw that out there and satisfy their mind with it.

(btw, check your spam. i sent you something the other day
and did not get the email saying you recieved it....

Oh, I hope it didn't get deleted. I stopped checking my spam when I kept finding things from the AARP, and dating sites for mature singles. WTF?!

I'll check in a while. I'm still feeling depressed over my dog. I was feeling too calm for a little while there, and then a supplement for her teeth arrived - I ordered it last Saturday - and I lost it. I just curled up and started bawling again.

Thanks. Yes, it is, and I know when I'm feeling it.

Yep, I agree.

I'm sorry if this is a repeated thread. I know I've talked about this before.

Oh, I think I saw that and meant to open it. My computer keeps giving me the "low memory" message and shutting my browser, and I have a dodgy wireless thing that plugs in, that I have to keep adjusting. I've been trying not to complain, because my dad squeezed it into the christmas budget, but it's not a great computer. And my dog, the same one who died, was very sick on christmas day. If we'd taken her in, we would have known sooner what was wrong. And it worsened after I started giving her coconut oil and coconut water in milk - I would say, "WTF?!" again, but I read that casein in milk can make tumours grow.

teasel, I agree.

Calling another jealous is a quick and easy fix for the accuser. Jealous explains it all for them . It removes all responsibility from them , strokes their ego and explains why they are right and you wrong.
Have you ever looked at the meaning of jealous? In 9 of 10 cases, I see the accuser projecting them self on to you!!

It is used by many as self projection:

Jealousy is an emotion and typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something that the person values, particularly in reference to a human connection. Jealousy often consists of a combination of presenting emotions such as anger, resentment, inadequacy, helplessness and disgust. In the original broad meaning used in this article, jealousy is distinct from envy, though the two terms have popularly become synonymous in the English language, with both now taking on the narrower definition originally used for envy alone. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jealousy
Next time, laugh and know they are talking about them selves

People play out their dramas on here. People do that in regular life too but it is more stark on here, in black and white.

If you had people who always did things behind your back like I did, that kind of covert person gets under your skin.

If someone else had another kind of person they had to deal with, that gets under their skin.

In many ways, it is not personal at all.

The upshot is that you can only keep your side of the street clean. If you play into someone elses drama, it is not your business or your fault.

You have to bless them and walk away. That is one of my major lessons on LL
