You have to learn to deal with each person( and kind of person) in a way that they understand.

Some people will fight you in the open, as this person did. That is actually easier than the covert ones who knife you in the back and then smile and act like they didn't do anything.

However, each person is hard in his own way and each one needs a different manner of fighting.

If you add the boss thing, it does add a different element so that makes the story different.

However, it can be a learning experience, so that you can deal with different people and situations when they come up.

People need help in learning this lesson, though. I sure did and it took me 3 years and many, many screw ups.

However, I can deal with people harassing me pretty well.

I am here to help anyone who wants to learn, not that I am perfect because I am not

Most people are not wise enough to be a mentor, in the first place.

However, the wise ones may be too busy etc

In past times, people had people from whom they could learn and people had more time.

I could not have learned these lessons without people taking the time and energy to invest in me.
I try to give back, the best I can.
