I think Barbie is very cool.It's important for people to be kind to one another when they are on the Path. Divergent viewpoints is one thing, but just plain nastiness for no obvious reason isn't good for anyone. I mean, look at Karka, would anyone want to be responsible for her feeling like that?

Hold you head up high. Why would you care about your opinions being accepted? Stand firmly by what you believe. As for the rest, deep six.I didn't get to where I have gotten to without trusting myself and without ignoring the naysayers. "Nice and happy" is a utopian myth. The person who is "nice and happy" would be the person that takes advantage of you and then tosses you like a used napkin. And nobody ain't be seeing no aggressiveness yet. It happens all over the internet. I've felt at home here before, and I've felt shunned, as well. I don't belong to a clique, and never did (I've seen talk of them in other threads - it seems to be a common thing for people to think about others, even those who are thought to be in said cliques).Someone was rude to me the other night, on FB, when I was only trying to help them out with something. Sometimes people express their opinions with a lot of passion and it can come across as aggressive, lol and plus, you know how things are on the internet. It takes a lot of effort to be nice. Sometimes I just can't be bothered. The dynamic of LL is ok. There isn't much aggression here, compared to some other sites. I have noticed in threads you assume people are arguing with you while they are simply stating their own opinion which happens to oppose yours...You don't really argue but just thumbs up posts that you like..
