Can it be triggered by stress after having been dormant or does it just pop up?? Or become worse with age?? I am 99.8% sure I have it REALLY bad now and thinking back I am fairly certain something was off with me as a youngster...But something happened for sure a few years ago.

I am not so sure I have this. I'm maybe 50% sure and I've never taken a certified test. But there are things I've read about ADD that seem to fit me.
Do you have a Mercury/Uranus aspect? I have the square.

I am ruled by Uranus and Mercury and they are in 3H and 11H . My mental activity is BRUTAL and I am not even joking.
