The irony would be that had he successfully murdered then he'd have instantly become "hawt" to certain deranged women who would send him love letters in prison, possibly even marry him. As it is, since he proved completely incompetent at killing anyone as well I expect he still won't get admirers. Too bad that he'll probably be out in a few years.

It's hard for me to be sympathetic towards him. But yes, he is indeed crazy and miserable, and that is sad. I feel much worse for the women who almost got killed by the moron. Imagine having your life ended for such a pointless reason? Ugh. Just sickening.
