This has been going on for more than two years now. I finally filed against landlord in federal court last week and the you know what hit the fans. A neighbor called the police on my guest for asking to use the phone then Thursday night, a thug who'd threatened me before forced my door open, grabbed me and threw me to the ground as four more thugs poured in behind him, threatening our lives. The cops didn't give me a case number or assign a detective. The landlords husband is a detective on this same force and she's had me harassed by cops more than once. I think the thugs already think they got away with it and it makes it more dangerous. I have to spend practically my whole income this month on security cameras and a gun. I'm trying to go over this police dept because I don't trust them. I just hope I can get the evidence I need on not only the thugs, but the landlord's doing in all of it.IP: Logged |

Have you asked to talk to the police chief? Or don't think that would help. Follow the chain of command, along with gun and security. IP: Logged |
