Has this ever happen to you, right before you're this close to the finish line? Like you've been working hard and keeping chin up through everything and you can barely put one foot before another, all you want is to rest and not struggle and fight anymore - but there's no choice.

What helps you stay motivated until the very end? How do you get your mojo back to keep fighting another day?

I think a subliminal CD has helped me. Also, epsom salt baths, supplements - I take L-glutamine and gelatin/collagen hydrolysate for my stomach, and they apparently help with moods, too - but you have to start slowly. Flower essences, long showers, crying as much as I need to, taking time to myself, or getting out of the house.

You need to take a break and do something for yourself in order to recharge.

Hey Princess, what helps me is to think about the happiness I will enjoy after I reach my goal.

Also some herbs that boosts Dopamine like Mucuna Pruriens can help with motivation and for energy Ginseng and Ginkgo biloba.

Green Tea can be very helpful too (L-theanine) for motivation and relaxation together!

When this happens, it could be self destructive like you don't deserve the prize, so to speak. It is good you are talking about it, so you can not sabotage yourself.

I just tend to sabotage myself when that happens. That, or just turn my brain off until it's done.

Where do you get Epsom bath salts? I didn't know they exported them from the U.K.

Thanks for the suggestions, you guys! It's not self sabotage, I am just an Aries. I am not a marathoner, I am a sprinter. And delayed gratification is not my forte. I guess I will need to channel my Cap rising to stick with it until the end and the Aries-Sag optimism and I should be alright. I get a little restless now and then, but this is a crucial time in my life so I suppose it's normal to be a little anxious.

I am on a low carb diet and that could affect it to an extent. But I do take supplements, vitamins, minerals, Q10, Gingko etc. I drink green tea every day. I work out 3-4-5-6 times/week, depending on available time and energy level. I sleep 7-8h/24h. I meditate when I feel I need to. I remember I loved the bath salts, I should do that more often! I think I'm all set!

Thank you all!

Thank you, Vajra! So you're Aries dominant? No wonder I like reading your posts! I've changed my tactic a little bit, I am taking breaks from my study every 2h or so because I can't stay in one place for too long lol. I've always been bad at doing two things at the same time, but I found that starting another subject after I get bored with the first can keep me studying for much longer, after that I get back to the first and so on. I switch locations, from the kitchen to the bedroom and then the living room, standing, walking, sitting, underlining.. Keeps me on my toes, I need variety otherwise I get terribly restless. t-Uranus conj Sun sure doesn't help, but t-Saturn conj MC does! (yikes!!) Phew, I just got to get through this month, somehow!
