I have someone helping me in my organic garden. I just cannot do all that needs to be done so I had to hire someone to help me.I feel I have screwed up when I have had people help me, in the past.
I tried to be friends when I need to be an employer
That was a lesson hard learned because many of these relationships screwed up.
Some I managed to revive but others I didn't/
This time, I am simply being an employer, although I am always fair and kind.
However, I set forth the rules and he has to follow them
I do not have any pesticides, poisons etc near my garden.
He was kind of complaining that he wanted to use a chemical product for mosquitoes but I told him it was not allowed and bought him an organic one.
That was an example. He was talking about using a chemical weed killer and I told him that that would be the end of his employment lol
I was very nice but I was firm. It just took me forever to learn these lessons
