Did you notice...they quote the law but only part of it? In other words, no indication what the law says. ..nor of what he's being charged for. As far as I know you can still say anything you want, post it on YOuTube, etc, in California. And what they do show of the law's words says "who has committed a felony" if he hasn't there's no case. .On the other hand if you threaten to kill someone it is considered a crime. ..do you think that should be protected by the First? Anyone can post a stOry on the internet, you know. Many are totally fictitious, speculative or just wrong. IP: Logged |

I hadn't heard about that story, but i feel worse about the cop that put the guy in a chokehold, who won't face criminal charges, as I remember it being an illegal chokehold.Really bad :/ IP: Logged |
