I have had personal goals since I came on LL and they were really to find my personal power. I was in a terrible hole when I came on here 6 years ago.I came to a really good epiphany. It is that I can't control what someone will do to me but I can control my reaction. This is a platitude but like all platitudes has a lot of wisdom in it. I think I have gotten it in the hear, though, and for that, I am most grateful. ------------------

Also owning your reactions.
Example, not blaming others for causing you to react and feel. Feelings to some extent can be a choice and reactions to feelings are a choice. My problem is that sometimes I make bad choices.
