Topic: My Markus died on April 17th

Markus, I met him in April 1996 in PA. He was from Germany, we married and moved to AZ in Jan 1997. We divorced in 208 and reconciled again in 2013, we were together ever since, but he still had his house that he bought when we were divorced, around the corner. Markus was very into new age, runes and healing. He also smoked a great deal and took pills for schizophrenia (which I did not recognize) we travelled all the time together and eventually got work together. the last time I saw him was when he was over the house for dinner, as he usually did, and it was Sunday, April 15th. My daughter, said he was very sick that day, holding his heart, sweating and no appetite, very tired. before he left for the evening, he said to us...I see you all tomorrow. I told him I would see him at work the next day. for two days he did not show up for work and I thought it was because he had to fly to Germany in a hurry due to his mothers illness. then, on the third day, my manager sent out the police for a "wellness check" because he was a no call no show.the police came to my office to tell me the news that they found him, on his bed, one hand clutched to his heart. I have not stopped crying ever since. cremated, urns, lawyers, mother in law (who is awful) and many people asking to fax this and that to them so his mother can get the insurance and 401K. you see, if you are not the wife, you get nothing, only the grief, pain and lonliness of missing him My Markus, I loved him, worried all the time, he wanted to remarry, but something inside me said NO, not yet. when they let me go to his house to see if he left any will or documents, what I found was horror... he was a massive hoarder. My God, I hate this year.... he comes to me in dreams, I hear him, he sees me everyday, I ask him to please, help us, and he said he will I want to know can someone tell me

I am truly sorry for your loss. I empathize deeply with the pain you are in now. I know that feeling of loss everyday is so hard to stomach. It drains you at points. But I learn it's like riding a wave and feelings/thoughts come and go. Have faith in yourself that as time goes on, it will help you along.I know you can't get over this, but you can get through it.
