I am literally positioned in Status Q. With everything. I feel, and this "feel" will be the red thread, more sensual but something is blocking me so I stay put with a more...umm....tomboy-ish style. I feel like my brain wants education but I remain in Status Q. I feel like I want to go deeper into my marriage but I remain in Status Q. I feel I am ready for children (I am 40..HELLO??!!!) but remain in Status Q. I feel ready to take that final step into becoming the boss my company needs me to be, but I remain in Status Q. I FEEL all these steps I should take to become a better "me", but I ain't doing sh*t about it :-/ They are all pounding away at my core and they are not going away because I am stuck in Neutral.
Advice?

Pick a small, fairly easy, fairly low risk one and do that. See how you feel. Proceed with the others or stay put based on how you feel about the changes you've made. Other options:
Talk it out with someone whose known you since childhood, if possible. Spend time alone and do some deep thinking. These are things that have helped me.
That and motivated by a certain future of mediocrity if I didn't start doing things.
