If what we eat and what we think create who we are, then what is the true cause of dis-ease? Is it bacteria? Viruses? Genetic predispositions? Or is all dis-ease a direct result of the reality caused by our thoughts and emotions? And, if we can think our S-elves sick, can we likewise think our S-elves well?

This is what I think..the mind is our best link now from the spiritual to the physical realms...in time that may change..Dis-ease, accidents, etc..everything that happens to us in the physical comes through the mind from the spiritual...there are no accidents. Learning to control one's thoughts is one of the first steps towards controling illness and accidents and eventually eliminating both. Some things such as physical handicaps are a result of Karma. However, even that will eventually disappear once we have "matured" spiritually. The scary thing is that there is so much we don't know about the mind or what is really there buried under the surface. Until we can decipher the language of the soul and how it communicates with the mind...the body will suffer. So it would seem that we need to concentrate on our spiritual s-elf and allow your soul to grow and develope to its fullest potential. For so long we have been way too concerned with the physical, and just poked our spiritual a bit on Sundays...that is going to have to change. We might have to lean more to the spiritual in order to achieve the "balance" needed. Until that "balance" has become a reality, the body will get sick...have accidents. Once we are one whole being only then can we be free of karma and dis-ease!!! That is how I see it... ------------------

Well, my balance must be off kilter. As Purple would say..I am going through one "heck" of a de-tox.. the de-tox that resembles the FLU.. But I do kinda like the "twilight" feeling you get...maybe my brain is de-toxing as well as my body..it is all fuzzy. Fuzzy...you know where you can't separate awake reality from sleep reality.. So, Purple..when it is over I will feel like a brand spanking new person... Sniffle....cough cough..hack hack... sniffle..... ------------------
