I haven't. Is this a new book (as I haven't heard of it yet)? Does it have color photos? ------------------ "It is never too late to become what you might have been." George Eliot IP: Logged |

thank you randall for the links. i had reviewed them and find the very useful. right now, i am working through stage one, becoming a vegetarian. is this a common feeling to other people? but during the initial weeks of change, i felt physically ill, and in some instances pain. like i was going through a washing machine . . . may be it's just me. hmm. anyway, the book that i've found most useful has been "Vegetarian Planet" by Didi Emmons. gourmet veggie food, mmmh mmh. i cook at least two different things from this book every week . . . there's 350 receipes! talk to you later. aphrodite IP: Logged |
