I love Linda and all spiritual matters. I remember when I was reading Linda goodman first time there was a glow on my face.
Can anybody help to tell me what should I follow out of Linda's suggestions that I should not forget myself and should not go into depression and fear.

Hi sVirgo!

If you are low, just pick up a copy of Star Signs and start to read. Just open to any page and I think you'll find some kind of comfort.
Any book for that matter - not just Star Signs. Invariably you'll find that the page you open to deals with stuff that relates directly to your situation and helps you deal.

Speaking specifically about fear, if you remember that you'll make it your reality if you allow it to rule you, you'll be fine.

As for allowing yourself to get depressed and fearful, all I can say is be firm with yorself. Give yourself 10 minutes to be as miserable and angry and depressed as you want to be. Then say, 'Enough, I've let it all out so it's not bottled up and poisoning my insides, but I'm certainly not going to allow it to drown me.'
Then, count your blessings. Think of the people who've always been there to support you, your parents, friends, whoever. Think of how lucky you are. Analyse what you think is the bigger picture in all this. Why is it happening? Are you allowing your depression to keep you from learning what you're supposed to be?
Just remember to be firm with yourself. Loving but firm. Keep telling yourself how strong you are and you will start to feel that strength. Truly. Try it. It works for me every time.

Well, this isn't exactly how Linda put it, but you get the drift......
