Has anyone ever heard or use Aura-Soma? What do you think of it? I saw it in a New Age shop, the little square bottles of dual colored liquid, and they explained how it heals through color, plant and crystal energy. You pick out 4 of the hundred or so bottles that appeal to you most, and an interpretation is done. You can buy the bottles and apply the liquid to yourself while reciting an affirmation that goes with the bottle you picked. I guess it's aromatherapy too since there are herbs in the ingredients and you can smell them.Any thoughts? Any experience? Katee IP: Logged |

Hi KateeA good friend of mine is an aura-soma therapist and I believe it works. I can't remember but it is significant in which order you choose the bottles. I remember something about the lady who founded aura-soma: She was blind and the combinations and how to prepare them was channelled to her. Hope that helps a bit! IP: Logged |

Never heard of it, but I'd like to hear more! ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

I bought a book that goes into detail about it. It has a subtitle that says "healing through color, plant, and crystal" energy. I had a consultation done, which is very much like an astrological or tarot reading, but they give you affirmations and you can buy the bottle(s) that will help you with the "challenged" areas of your life. I've skimmed through the book, and things that are said are reminiscent of Forgotten Rainbows; how they used color therapy in ancient Egypt and other civilizations, wearing and ingesting color as a means for healing...etc.etc. It seems sincere (though sometimes things slip under my radar). All of the bottles have numbers and names, positive and negative meanings, they all correspond to a tarot card and I Ching. My bottle names were The Christ, (I can't remember this one, and it's my challenge!), The Archangel Uriel, and finally, Triumph. That's encouraging!! Katee IP: Logged |
