I just finished the first couple of chapters!About the liquid herbs she suggests for your number... I know she supplies an address but this was many years ago. Where does everyone find these liquid herbs now? I'm sure there are places I can look but I'm curious if anyone here has a favorite place Also ~ does avocado count as a fruit? *probably a silly question but.. I love them and tomorrow I'm doing an all fruit day!*

Hey amber- I am pretty sure all fruits have seeds, therefor avocado would qualify as an all fruit day. I know it might seem wierd to think of a tomato, a jalepeno, and other things as fruits, but if it has seeds- it is a fruit!------------------ Food is the only art that nourishes! IP: Logged |

Hey Amber - found the place. Still in business and still at that address Linda gives in Star Signs www.herbproducts.com They have tons of stuff on the site I couldn't find the tonics, but I may have missed them. Or, if you email them, I'm sure they could mix it up. IP: Logged |

Hiya Avocado IS a fruit, but a fruit that is really high in fat. This is great natural fat - and nothing to worry about normally - except when you are on a fruit cleanse. Try and stick to watery fruits like grapes, apples, watermelon and pears when on a cleanse - and keep avocado for tomorrow Love and Light Nebel ------------------ As you heal yourself, there is less illness in the world.
