Hi There... This is my first post in the Linda land discussion threads. I have been going through these threads for the past few months...The messages/posts are really awesome and it feels great to be "virtually" around with such supportive ppl with such a great positive attitude! I am slightly underweight and I am planning to take up the colour therapy described by Linda in Star Signs. I have been through the topic for plumpies posted by piscesnight and thought it a great idea to get your inputs on this before setting off. So, if you have already tried this, any kind of inputs from you is welcome. cheers, RaviIP: Logged |

Hi Ravi! My advice would be don't skip any of the steps, and work on the GIGO concept. I don't know anyone who's done the diet the way it should be done and had it work. I hope someone here will be able to help. IP: Logged |

The diet won't work if you weigh yourself during it. Linda reveals this in her Star Notes to respond to letters from people who have tried it unsuccessfully. You must avoid the temptation to weigh yourself. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." yeah! i'm gonna try the diet too, for the skinnies, but only after the holidays, because virtually ALL holiday food is orange, red, yellow, white and so on... but there are foods that she didnt list that i'm not sure about- like CHICKPEAS. i could totally eat all green leafies and brown bread if i could spread some hummous on it... so what do you guys think, hummous: yellow or brown?IP: Logged |

Thanx for all your inputs, folks! Guess I will have to stick to a strictly bovine diet for 42 days! :-) Anybody from India who could suggest Indian foods that I could take. I am out of ideas. I am also curious of other similar therapies for the skinnies that one can take. Cheers, RaviPS: How I wish that the plumpies could just "donate" the surplus weight to the skinnies! ;-) IP: Logged |

Ravish- if they find a way, I have plenty of areas I'd love to donate! Haha, first take my hips and thighs! Chest I'm holding on too, but everywhere else I would be happy to donate haha------------------ Food is the only art that nourishes! IP: Logged |

I don't think skinnies should eat brown bread, because wheat products are for plumpies (presumably because wheat is golden-yellow while growing).IP: Logged |

I remember when I first attempted to start linda's coulor theraphy in 1994. the day , I did the red bulb ( 100W)thing and bath .I didn't do the visualize thing. Only ate bananas.the first day (believe it or not),I lost 7 kilograms. I was weight around 52kilograms .height 163Cm. later, I found out it was so difficult to eat only pure food without artificial ingridients invloved. and bye bye social affairs!so I failed to carry on . but pure food made me think pure and clear.I loved it. see, the whole wheat thing is confusing: skinnies can have spinach pasta because its green, but that is still wheat, and white flour too (which she says both sides should stay away from)!! now i have a multigrain bread i eat that is really BROWN, not just whole wheat tan.... should i conclude that it just needs to be the right COLOR? i cant wait to try it though... new years new years....
