i have a question about the plumpie diet see,i have jus started it n i was wonderin if any of u cud tell me abt the timing... u c,i was thinkin, linda said tht it has to be the same time each day.. so did she mean tht if i choose daybreak,it has to be daybreak everyday..supposing i choose 6 am,n one day i wake up at 7 am,so will tht one hour make much of a difference? i hope i havent managed to totally confuse all of you lookin forward to any answers you all may have..peace.. -Gooober IP: Logged |

I don't think that it matters if you miss the time by an hour. It should be "about" the same time each day. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you."
