Ok, here is the thing.. Last year my mother-in-law came to visit us for the holidays. My husband and I slept on the sofa pull out bed...When I woke up I felt like someone had hit me with a bat!It lasted about a month, I thought it was getting better because it started to feel like it was burning, and that I might just need to stretch it out. Did that, it did not work... Living on pain meds. It is not out of wack or anything, it has to be something in my head??? Help, please. To be precise it is the very top of the shoulders where the neck meets, and goes down to between the shoulder blades. Some times it burns , sometimes it feels like there is a knife in there, other times I can't even move my head at all.

Hello, Mary. Many days since we talked last time. Let me tell you something about your pain: seeing it has been present since almost one year. There is a way to heal all the pains, all the diseases, even the age we have. That way is with five exercises came from India´s regions. They are very simple. Their objetive is to armoize the speed of our seven main points of energy, or chakras. I would like to help you with that. I have almost finished the purple plates instructions for you. Sorry for being late. Take care. Bases Loaded IP: Logged |

Hi, Mary. Do not worry. This time I won´t be so late. The information will be sent by e-mail as soon as posible (if you don´t mind), due to the ilustrations. Here I´m going to post the first exercise. It´s very easy and does not need any illustration. Standing up with your body as straight as posible. lift your arms up until the horizontal position, like an airplane. Then start to turn on the same place, but from left to right. This means clockwise, like a clock put on the floor, with its face upward. Do not ever turn counter clockwise. Turn 3, 4, or more times if you can. Do that everyday, to start your practice, until I send the other exercises to you, when you allow me. See some notes in ´Nature is our medicine´ topic. Bases Loaded

Yes! I have been seeing a Massage therapist who specializes in Cranialsacral therapy (did I spell that right?). Cranialsacaral therapy in a very light, non-invasive touch that seems to sort of shift things around...problems caused by other incidents (birth even!). I've always had pains in my neck and shoulders (the one along my shoulder blade was the one my friend coined my "tumor"-you could feel it and it always hurt). And then I woke up one morning with sharp pains running through the bottom of my neck to the top of my head. It didn't go away until I saw the therapist. She fixed all of those problems that were lasting so long. It's completely amazing...you can feel things letting go. I swear by this. For me, it's only $50/hour+ session (in NY too). She works out of her apartment, so there's no overhead-no tipping. It's wonderful. I strongly recommend it. ------------------ "What lies behind us and lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us." -Ralph Waldo Emerson IP: Logged |

Mary,I would highly recommend massage also, maybe combined with other healing therapies such as aromatherapy. I am a massage therapist, and we had a seminar on essential oils. Eucalyptus and peppermint may be helpful, it helped me with a golf ball size knot between my shoulder blade and my spine. Another thing to think about...the mental correspondence to this pain. Anything or anyone a "pain in the neck" to you when this all started? If you recognize what your mind is trying to tell you through your body, spontaneous healing may occur. Lots of love and white light to you. Katie IP: Logged |

Thank you, Oxychick,Randall, and Katiebull... I am actually feeling better this morning than I have been in some time... I have been using a self message and stretching technic. And have been meditating on the "pain in the neck", person or reason... I haven't gotton an answer, as to who or what caused this yet. But I'am sure that has something to do with the pain. The pain is too intense, and I did not enjure my neck in anyway. I have had no fall or force to my neck what so ever...I have to think back to find out the reason for this "pain in the neck".... But here is the thing, My friend Dawn made the comment that my husband does nothing around the house, that is when the pain started again... So, Katiebull; I think you are right!! That is the only answer that I have come up with, anyway. And first instinct is usually right??? Again thank you all, verrrry much! Mary IP: Logged |
