I donated blood right after Sept. 11th, and was sent a letter from Bloodbank that I tested positive for HepC. I last donated blood about 7 years ago, but many time before that. So sometime in the last 7 years I got the virus. Now I have to have blood test every 6 months to check on my liver. My liver counts (whatever they are called) are still low enough not to alarm the Dr, but must be monitered. Problem here is I do like to drink alcohol. That is the one thing they tell you will make the disease progress rapidly. I need to be healed from both Hepc and my want of alcohol. I have a 1 year old grandchild, who I want to watch grow up. I do not want to ever do the treatment recommended to cure hepC. Very nasty chemicals! All things can be healed, right?

My birthday is September 21st. Right on the cusp of Virgo and Libra. Do have a little Irish blood though. My father and brother both have problem with the alcohol. My father has been sober now for about 7 years.
I do not like to get drunk, I just do like to relax with a drinks after work. (I do drink alot though) But now the drink is very bad for me, Plus I know it will not help me to grow spirtually. I think I'm stagnet at this moment. Been a really bad year financial for my family also. Next year will be Great! I'm so very glad I found this place. My husband is suprised to see me on the computer so much now. I told him about this site and from all I have told him over the years about Linda Goodman, He was glad I found it also. He dosn't believe everything, but he loves me and listens me about spiritual things. Thank you all for listening to me as well.

Either way you look at it, you need to stay away from alcohol (at least for a while). Other than that, I have only two suggestions:
1. Take ample amounts of milk thistle
2. EXPECT A MIRACLE!

Well, you have to decide who you love more, the bottle or your grandchild. During our lives we collect all kinds of things, like viruses, addictions, and negativity. You may not, at this stage, be able to will the virus into non-existence, but you can make the decision to put your foot down on the alcohol. In life we are always given a mixture of things we cannot control and things we can. Do what you can to save yourself, or else your grandchild will have to plug through life without your presence.
