What about beer and the diet for plumpies? I think it should count to the goldish colour, shouldn't it? I mean the lager one. And do you think that white bread could be eaten? I drink every mourning tutsan tea and I'd ask you if this could be a bevarage for plumpies?IP: Logged |

Hi Forest! One of the things that initially brought me to LindaLand was questions about the rainbow diet, and I discovered there are several old threads with lots of information. If you peek around a bit I'm sure you'll find them, they may answer your questions. Also, Randall tells us there is additional info in Linda's STAR NOTES, which Randall is making available to us. You might want to check out that thread, too! IP: Logged |

Hi everyone In my country I have not seen the opaque red bulbs I keep on hoping that my painted bulb will have an efect. I have to lose about 5-6 kg in my oppinion and that is why I think that loosing weight will become later. Today is my 20-th day of the diet. Somewhere in this forum Randal said that stableloosing weight will become the last 3 weeks.IP: Logged |

There are a few companies on the web that sell the opaque red lights, one only in bulk but the others individually, as I have bought them. I'll try to look later today and see if I can find the links. I bought them from two very nice friendly companies.Note that the opaque bulbs, when you receive them, are a reddish pink color, though very dark, and when lighted they are still pretty bright. They're ceramic, painted on the inside. If you have a chance, do a google search for "Opaque red bulbs," the first one you get will be the company that only sells bulk, but I found at least two that will sell them individually. I'll try to find the links soon...when I'm not at work! IP: Logged |

atlantabulbs.com, or atlantalights.com. This is off the top of my head, so try both and see if you come up with something. SunShyne IP: Logged |

Why does the colour of your light bulbs matter when losing weight? IP: Logged |
