Also, I know that eating beef is a no-go during the aura balancing but what about chicken and turkey and pork? What about that? Thank YOu for your help.

If you eat red meat (beef or pork) at all during the color diet, it will not work (goes for both plumpies and skinnies). White sugar and white flour are also no-nos for both. This includes sugar substitutes. Honey is for losing weight. Brown sugar for gaining. Plumpies can eat chicken, but no fish! I would say turkey is fine also. Plumpies can eat chicken gravy, but no brown gravy. The only meat skinnies can eat is fish (of any kind) EXCEPT fried.
