HELLO ALL.
since childhood victim of abuse and extremely disturbed and distorted behaviour and thoughts that are supressed and causing stress constant and inexplicable ,bearing in patience in hope.
can someone tell me how to overcome all that in an easy self healing process.
i want to describe in detail to anyone genuyinely intrested to help me personally.

Welcome!There is no "easy" self-healing process that I have ever heard of. It seems that in life, you have to talk to many people to find little bits of the puzzle to major problems. Many people have been in a similar position as you are in now. You need to connect with people who have had the same problems, and have found solutions, because something that worked for them, might also work for you.
