That title may sound dirty but here's the deal..Ladies with babies might relate....ever since I gave birth naturally to my bebe girl 5 months ago I have had issues on and off with my behind, if ya know what I mean. *blush*
Ok, this isn't like me to get embarassed about body stuff, but I am posting on a public forum so I kind of feel like it's equivalent to standing up in front of an entire room and shouting "Hey, my buti has issues!!" Anyhoo, any opinions about how healing or strengthening a chakra is related to physical treatment? I read long ago about chakras and have forgotten alot. Thanks. IP: Logged |

Thanks for your reply Aphrodite. After I posted it I was tried to erase it, but it wouldn't let me. Ah, I suppose I could have reworded it though....ugh. oh well. Yes I have asked my aunt who's a nurse and works for my uncle, a doctor. She was going off of advice from a specialist in that area as well, since her daughter had similar issues not too long ago. I will consult my midwife soon however, she will most likely have a solution. Hi Spiria! Welcome to Lindaland!!  Are you familiar with Reiki? That might help your chakra problem. If you can't practise yourself or don't know anyone who can do it for you, try affirmations or visualisations that unblock your root chakra. Feel the negative energy leaving your body and transforming into positive. Feel your tailbone relaxing and all pain leaving your body. Visualise all the chakras in your body swirling with positive energy - healthy, energised and positive.
Do this constantly for a few days, be patient and let me know if you feel any sort of relief. Why would you want to erase this topic?? Please don't be embarrassed to ask absolutely anything you'd like!

THanks SunShyne....i will try that soon....i say soon because my bebe girl got real sick today, she caught a virus from another wee bit and puked for eight hours and has fever and diarrhea. she is holding fluids down now though and seems to be doing better. whew. so i am kinda busy, but hopefully she will be 100% better soon. thanks again for the tips and i'll let ypu know how it goes!IP: Logged |

thanks randall. wow, i feel honored that the founder of this site notices my prob...  i am silly that way....
my lil girl puked once today and once early yesterday but the fever's gone....she's just working a bug outta her system i guess, poor thing. so i am focusing my energy on her while she's not sleeping to help her heal....heck, i am even focused on her when she sleeps, i just ugh, ok, i will work on those visualizations for me later. THank you SunShyne, i have been working on it and i think it is helping!! well, i know it is, but the Q is the long term results....for this so far has been a prob that has come and gone for the last six months...i am gradually cutting meat out of my diet too so i think that will help!!thank you so much!
