My favorite Herb Doc finally has his website up and running. I've been reading his works for years, using his products, making some of his formulae (he has allowed his recipes to be published). I believe him to be a true crusader in educating people to heal themselves naturally.

Hi Trillian I am looking forward to perusing this site. As soon as I can sit here long enough, I plan on giving it my full attention. Thanks for sharing!!

Trillian, his books are not available at the library. They are also very difficult to find. Even Amazon.com doesn't have them in stock, nor used. Are they worth buying?

With respect,

Hi Yin,

All of his books/booklets are self-published and available through his company. Personally, I love the guy and his products...and what really puts the icing on the cake is that several of his formulae are available in publications, so you can make them yourself if you are so inclined. And I do--I make his female formula and use it religiously. I also make my own cayenne tincture, which is pretty simple. Consuming lots of good hot cayenne keeps your arteries super clean, I buy a 150,000 heat unit cayenne, but that's not the hottest available.

A lot of his advice is also published by a man named Sam Biser, I'll have to look around and see if I can find his website for you.

Yin, I see Dr. Schulze as a natural healing crusader with a powerful message. Yes, he sells products, but he is one of the few I believe in. You'll have to decide for yourself if he resonates to your own S-elf.

But if I can answer any more questions about him, I'll do my best. When I get a chance, I'll post his rules for a healthy life--which include laughter every day, and an hour of outdoor exercise...wearing only natural clothing (guilty, as I don't)...lots of garlic (yum)...

Thank you for your response Trillian. I am vividly interested in complementary medicine and he(dr. Schulze) seems like a good find. I guess I need to read his newsletter and do some more research on him before buying his books.

Uhm, I tend to doubt hefty naturalists/herbalists/doctors. Call me narrow minded Isn't healthy supposed to equal lean?
As for the fact that he makes money of his herbal products - good for him! I just wish they weren't that expensive...

If you have time, check this link out.
http://www.aquasource.co.uk/Products/

I took their products for a while and then I read somewhere that some kinds of microalgae can be dangerous. So I stopped taking it and am currently researching the subject.

Tell me something more about dr. Schulze. How did you become so fond of him?

Take care,

Skinny = healthy?

Nope, I don't buy that for a minute, just another myth perpetuated by the media, often due to their own vested interests (diet drugs, medical organizations, etc., spend millions on advertising, and are often the companies behind the so-called testing/facts).

I know lots of thin people who are far from healthy. Sometimes all I have to do is look in their grocery carts at all the processed foods with hydrogenated oils to know.

I am what you might call 'hefty,' and my cholesterol and blood pressure would be envied by some of those skinny 25-year-olds. My eating program is healthier than anyone I personally know.

Now, there are extremes to all things (including skinny), but Dr. S is hardly a 400 pound man!

I have used several of his products, and again, one of the things about him that I find to be especially unique is that he encourages you to make the formulae yourself, and has allowed his recipes to be published. I'm just about to harvest a big batch of his female formula!

I'll write more soon, just a little pressed for time.

But the best thing to do is to read his newsletters...he will either resonate for you, or not.

Oh...and I'm not an advocate of the Atkins plan (I'm a vegetarian), but Atkins wasn't skinny, either. And the details of the autopsy at his death are a bit murky...

Reading dr. Schulze's newsletter
What is his female formula?

BTW I'm not a big fan of Atkins myself. But if you want a quick weight loss fix, his diet works miracles

I don't know how much more willpower is needed for me to go vegetarian How did you do it?

Still -ing

As for the resonance, it is your inspiring posts that I'm resonating to, Trillian. Seriously.

Yin, thank you for your kind words... I am only an egg. And...I enjoy your posts, too.

I have been a vegetarian for a long time, but I do eat dairy now and then. For me, it was all about the animals...but I don't think that life is "one size fits all," if vegetarianism is right for you, you will find a way to do it.

Dr. S. does believe that everyone should be vegan.

What he says about his female formula:
"While running my clinic, I have seen many women who became incapable of normal functioning, both physically and emotionally, because of puberty, PMS, menopause, and hormonal imbalance. This formula has been a lifesaver for them. Besides the obvious health benefits of hormonal balancing, many saved their marriages, their families, their careers and their sanity by using this formula. It regulates and balances female hormones and alleviates symptoms such as menstrual cramps, headaches, sensitive breasts, mood swings, anxiety, insomnia, hot flashes, hair loss, dry vaginal tissue...it regulates and normalizes the menstrual cycle and relieves associated menstrual problems. It increases fertility and sexual desire..."

It also eases the transition into menopause. No woman needs hormones made from horse pee(which is what Estrogen is).

I have the recipe, and will be happy to post it for you, but right now a friend borrowed the book. The ingredients: Dong Quai, Chaste Tree Berry, Wild Yam root, Damiana Leaf, Licorice root and Hops flowers.

It's expensive, but when I make it, it costs me about $100 for a supply that lasts at least a year, but probably more like 2.

I don't follow all his rules of living...but I detox now and then. One of these days I'll do his "30 Day Incurables Program."

More soon, if you're interested.

Trillian, I am more than interested.

If I can find ANYTHING that will balance my hormones I'll be the happiest woman. I've been on and off hormonal therapy for about 9 years now. I'm sick and tired of trying all the new medication available on the market. And the next is supposed to be better than the previous one
Sick and tired of taking pills.

Please, post the recipe. I'm going to buy some of his books and maybe one of his formulae. It's payday today

Which of his books interest you? If I have extras, I can send them to you. He always includes something free with orders, usually his books and tapes, so I have duplicates of some. Just let me know.

Personally, I love the female formula. I have a friend who is approaching 50 and is likely pre-menopausal. She's been using it, and recently stopped because she thought she wasn't getting any benefit from it. After a couple of weeks w/o it, she started spotting, experienced tenderness, and became more irritable (and she's already an irritable Pisces!). She definitely noticed a difference w/o it, and has started taking it again.

I will post the recipe for you ASAP!

And this weekend will be very busy for me, but as soon as I can I will post some more info for you.

Oh...and I'm so sorry you've had so much trouble regulating your hormones. Perhaps some of his practices can help you...

And I think that is the most important thing about Dr. S., for me. The medical industry can alleviate some symptoms, but they are so often unable to cure people. Dr. S believes there are no incurable diseases--but we have to be willing to do the work, and sometimes the work can be hard. As he says, he is a healing evangelist!

He also maintains that the reason people aren't healed by vitamins and cheap herbs is because they are crap. He toured a vitamin factory and was shocked to see that rather than being made from fruits and veggies, most vitamins are made from things like rocks, that your body cannot assimilate. And if an herb is not certified organic, it was likely grown in a Third World country, with no regulations on pesticides. Ergo, what you buy is laden with poisons. And since the FDA doesn't regulate most herbs, the promised dosage on the bottle is often a lie. Many of them contain little or no herbs.

Oh, and if you decide to make the female formula, I'll give you the address/number of the place where I order the herbs, it's wonderful.

Hey Trillian. I'm so glad that you are around right now. After thinking long and hard I'm ready to start eating better this summer. I'm so ready to loose all the extra baggage. And I'm ready to be healthy. So, I was thinking that "HEALING Colon Disease NATURALLY" is a good start. I'm going to get the Intestinal Formula #1 and #2 so I can cleanse myself. The D-TOX Formula will follow

Thank you for your generous offer. If you think you have anything to start me off on Dr. S. and it's not too much of a trouble for you to give it away I would be very grateful to have it.

Good Morning Yin!

It's not trouble at all, give me a few days to look around and see what I have, and I'll be happy to send it off to you.

I love the colon cleanse, I really do.
I use formula #1 often, just 'cause I like it so much, especially when I eat food that I don't think is so good for me. He recommends doing the cleanse a few times a year, I try to do it once a year.

I'm sorry, I'm in a hurry this a.m. with a long day ahead, but I will post at greater length very soon.

Good morning, Trillian.
Sorry I wasn't around for a while - long weekend Literally
I can't wait to get my Intestinal Formulae
I'm reading a book called "Own your health" and according to that magnesium is recommended for colon cleansing. I might give it a shot before my herbs arrive
Do you know anything about magnesium?

Yeah! I'm getting my herbal tinctures tomorrow!
Trillian, do you know what kind of a diet Dr. S. recommends with the Intestinal formulae?

Yes, Yin, while doing a cleanse, he recommend strictly vegan, and prefers that you eat as many fruits and veggies as possible.

He also recommends staying away from refined carbs...in his words, pasta is like something you could hang wallpaper with, it's just going to stick to your colon!

You will probably get some literature with your order that will explain how to do the cleanse. If not, I'll post more info for you here.

I don't know much about magnesium, except that it is often used for muscle cramps.

Oh, and don't be put off by Formula #2, it's ugly, but has virtually no taste when you mix it with fruit juice.

I started with my Formula 1 yesterday. So far so good. I need to get my hands on more veggies though.

I'm not put off by Formula 2 at all. Looks just like the dried blue-green algae that I used to take.

Motivation is everything. I hope I follow through this time.

Yay for you! I can't wait to hear what you think of it.

When you get a chance, why don't you email me at my Lindaland addy, and if you're comfortable with it, I'll mail you some of his literature.

I'm sorry for the delay, I get so busy and/or distracted sometimes.

Trillian, I can't believe it! I'm looking at myself in the mirror... I have lost my gut - completely - in 24 hours! I feel so energized and happy and full of life! It is amazing!
I think I overdozed Formula 1 though, or maybe not. It is just that when I took it the first night and didn't see much improvement, the next day I took two I think I should stick to one and a half, if you know what I mean
Is your e-mail trillian@linda?
Please write it out for me.

Thank you so much for introducing me to Dr. Schulze's work.

Unless you develop a severe case of the runs , you can't over-do formula #1.
You can take as much as you want to get to 2-3 um, movements, per day.

And I don't think you can really do a half of one of those!

Keep me posted!

Hi Yin, I read it just before leaving work, and planned to respond this evening, but I'm having trouble getting to Yahoo, perhaps the site is having trouble.

So I'll write to you in the morning!

In the meantime, to answer one of your questions, if you feel you are having regular movements, you can begin formula #2, taking it probably for a week. You might have to increase your dosage of #1 by one pill, as #2 can be a bit binding. But it sucks so much nasty stuff out of your system.

And you have a lovely name!
