Hi All I am in the process of getting ready to do the red diet. Question #1: does it HAVE to be light that you bathe in? There is a place that sells "color bath" therapy. (you put it in your tub and sit in it) Would that work instead? Question #2: I live in Canada, and right now, if I put any glasses outside to charge in the sun, the glass and contents will freeze. Can I place the glasses indoors in a window that will get sun. (all I have are north and east facing windows) Question #3: I don't think that sunrise, sunset or noon will be times that I can do this....I know it says at the same time each day.....what will be the consequences if I do it at 9pm each nite....what will be the consequences if I do it at 9pm one nite and then 8pm the next? Thank you in advance to all who answer. Love and light, TIP: Logged |

Hi, Dreamer. It´s a little complicated your situaton. When I read that the water of glasses to charge became frozen, I could not stop my laughter, cause it sounded funny to me. Hope you understand. The water, when put in the sun to be solarized, is to receive the red range of the solar spectrum, the lowest frecuecy we can 'detect' with our vision. The purpose is the water´s molecules get a kind of "tuning" matching that frecuency. I live in a tropical island, no snow around here, but I´ll try to help. The red light belongs to the warm portion of the spectrum, not matching a cold environment. So red (warm) energy from one side and gelid environment from the other... it seems to be completly opposite, and I don´t think it can work (my personal opinion). But do not discourage. We can deduce, seeing the glass is not an obstacle for water to receive the solar energy, you can place the glasses indoors, where the temperature is warmer. Since the red light has to reach the water after having traversed two transparent 'walls' instead of one, perhaps that water needs more than 2 hours to get the same result. When I said a warmer temperature, I meant exactly that, for the water for the red diet must be as close to your body´s temp. as possible. Remember that red and cold are polar opposites. 10°C (50°F) environment means water is not frozen, but it is cold anyway. Cold water has the opposite effect and is great for the skinny. The question # 3 is almost the same: no matters that little time from sunset to 9 pm, and a variation of one hour is not a problem at all. Question # 1 is for other knowflake(s). although this diet seems great there are so many questions for anyone who attempts it ! i live in a house with no garden and no direct sun access, therefore how can i ever have solarised water ?! i would love to give it a go, plus how do you stop insects and bugs crawling in the water when it is outside ? Tahariel. You just need the cooperation of any naighbor or friend to have your own solarized water, and the insects can be controled by a glass cover, as Linda said. If red, much better. Bases Loaded IP: Logged |

Sure, just improvise! A little clear plastic wrap secured with a rubber band around your glass will protect it from insects, dirt, etc. I think that by placing your glass by a window that receives light, you will be fine. Though yes, I'd give it more than two hours. dreamer, have you read Star Notes, available here at LL? Linda answers your questions regarding pasta--that yes, for the purpose of this program, white flour is allowed. C'mon! Use your common sense. Just make your chili sans meat. Vegetarians do it all the time. And yes, you must bathe in the light of the 100w light bulb. But hey, experiment if you like and try the bath of which you spoke. Folks, I'd recommend you scroll through the topics here in the Health and Healing Forum, because there are lots of topics about this subject, from which you can learn a great deal. Chances are, your questions have already been answered. Good luck and keep us posted. IP: Logged |
