i asked my bro (hes a health freak) and he said eating smaller but more frequent meals and doing cardio workouts in the morning is good. if you do it in the morning your body keeps on burning energy much more efficiently throughout the whole day...so you can loose kilos while sitting down for the rest of the day!!!i also read somewhere (maybe it was here??? ) that there was an experiment performed and these people just IMAGINED they were exercising and they imagined all the muscles doing their thing...they lost weight just doing that! well im no expert but hope that helps IP: Logged |

The key is less acid and more alkaline. The body uses fat to insulate and protect cells from too much acidity in the body. As you eat more alkaline-inducing foods, metabolism (the burning of extra fat for fuel) will naturally increase, even without exercise. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Somehow, I knew you'd ask that. The most acidic food one can consume (literally wreaks havoc on the metabolism) is phosphoric acid. In other words, stay away from all soft drinks--diet or not. http://w3.bluegrass.net/~jclark/alkaline_foods.htm ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." I'm comfortable with my weight, so I don't follow any particular diet. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |
