Well, it's a little testimonial, but it's a testimonial nonetheless. :) For the past month or so I have been sleeping with my big purple plate under my pillow. I had noticed that my symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome had been better lately (not as much burning, pain, and numbness in my hands, wrists, and forearms), but I hadn't connected it to my purple plate. Then one night I did not sleep with my plate under my pillow. I awakened at about 3 AM with burning in the forearms, wrists, and hands. I instinctively reached for my purple plate and when I woke up for the day, the pain was gone. I was quite surprised!

Just thought you all might like to know....
