Howdy all! I was wondering if anyone could provide me with information additional to that found in Linda's book Star Signs. The concept of sustaining yourself on nothing but fruit and air seems a little odd (although it does make sense from an esoterical perspective. But that's always been my problem: shutting the scientist in me up so that i can listen to radical ideas). I'd simply like info on it. eg, nutritional studies, fruitarianism and the hunger urge and general effects of fruitarianism on health.

I know i sound like a total dufus!!! ^EG^, but if ya don't ask, u don't find out, eh?!

I've been a vegan for about 6 months now. I've been reading up a lot on raw food and am starting to believe - based on what I've read, and there's tons of stuff out there - that we don't need cooked food and probably don't even need raw vegetables. Fruits have just about everything we need, and what they might be lacking, we can get from nutritional supplements. Just keep in mind that there are tons of other fruits out there besides the sweet ones. Like cucumbers and tomatoes and the various pumpkins and squashes.
