I don't know if it's psychological or what but I'm already seeing results!.
Last night before I went to bed, I noticed some pimples that looked like they were getting ready to invade. BUT when I woke up this morning THEY WERE GONE!!!!!!!
Oh thank you, thank you. I'm tearing up because for the first time there is hope I won't have to be self conscious about my face. Now, can you perform internet eye surgery?? (ha ha ha)
I must have been a very vain person in a past life!
My deepest gratitude.......

Philbird,

I promised you great results if you STICK to the regimen. This is NOTHING compared to the results you'll get in 6 months, and it gets better the longer you are on it. I've had a couple of really bad cases clear up where Accutane, Tetracycline and Minocycline antibiotics failed. You have the RIGHT to clear, healthy skin, absolutely.

I use this system myself. I never thought in a million years people would stop me in the street and ask me what I use. Like you, I don't bother about make up. People always ask me what foundation I'm wearing and I don't wear anything at all.

I didn't always have good skin. One of the reasons I ended up making products was to cure myself. I spent thousands before I truly understood that the skin needed the proper nutrients to function well, and to stay balanced. Products do have a part, however they don't work well in the lower layers of the skin where balance is key.

It also needs water. Lots of it. Not juice, or coffee, or anything else wet. Not to say you can't drink those other things, of course you can but drink your water too.
At least 8 large glasses a day.

Keep at it Philly, I'm so very pleased. Don't forget to cleanse with a mild cleanser twice every day. What do you use?

UUUUUHHHHHHHH, Water. No clenser, because of sensitivity.
I went to the Green valley site and ended up buying the chraka oils and a book. I couldn't find wessex Implex in the net? Any way my husband was nagging me to get the rose oil, at $50.00 a crack. He'll have to wait. Thank you again and Kudos to you for coming up with the formulas!

Philbird.

Sensitivity has nothing do with water. It has an awful lot do do with products you use and also underlying inflammations. You really must cleanse twice a day to remove surface dirt, bacteria and dead skin cells. Otherwise they stick to the new ones causing blockages. They have gentle cleansers which are cream based [ not soap based ] that do a fantastic job on sensitive skin. I know what you think cause I've been there. Please persevere because once your skin is healthy it regulates itself ceasing to get so irritable. Try the Nutrogena for really sensitive skin. Stay well away from all products containing acids, fruit, lactic, or otherwise. They can cause extreme sensitive reactions in certain skin types.

Where are the jumping frogs?

Hi Gia,
It's been a few weeks since I started the regime you suggested, had a little set back, and broke out again. I eliminated the vitiman E and the moistureizer combo and went with a hypoallergenic cream. Exellant results!!! My face is clear and so are my wrinkles and bags!
Thanks Tremendously!
