Could I have possibly taken too much "vitality" essence during the day? I'm wondering because I couldn't sleep at all last night, even after taking the sleep essence. I hope the sleep essence really works, I tend to get insomnia a lot. Also, knowing that price is sometimes an indicator of quality, do you all think that peguasproducts (www.pegasusproducts.com) are the real thing (bach flower essences?) and are just as effective? I hope I didn't waste my money IP: Logged |

Purp, I don`t think you wasted your money! I think perhaps you were so keyed up about the essences, your mind just didn`t want to be still? Also a thought. Try only taking the sleep essence for say 10-14 days without the vitality. They may be counter acting each other. Fix one area at a time. One can`t have true vitality if one hasn`t had enough rest/sleep to create the vitality. As a general rule, it takes about six weeks for your vibrational frequency to achieve harmony with the essences. It does vary and some find immediate relief while others are gradual. A positive attitude is a must and I do take a moment to thank the Uni-verse for the gift of the essences for my healing Let me know how it`s going! juniperb ------------------ If having a soul means being able to feel love and loyalty and gratitude, then animals are better off than a lot of humans. ~James Herriot IP: Logged |

Thanks juniperb That makes a lot of sense I will start with the sleep essence and not take the vitality essence for a while and see how it goes IP: Logged |
