hmm...ok guys, so i found my way to the star notes and read that weight may fluctuate during the process of the color diet because it is REDISTRIBUTING the weight. hmm... so, if you don't like your thighs, for example, does that mean the weight will redistribute to another place, like your arms, and you'll have "bigger" arms? Or does it go to a more "desirable" place, or does it just melt away? i'm confused...

It probably depends on your problem areas. Typically, my weight goes to my chest, rear, and tummy. Even at my heaviest ( 185/ 5'1") I still had nice slim looking legs. go figure!
