Angeldust, the link didn`t work but I must say any time you feel uneasy, go with your intutition. You don`t need a set of rules/methods to get in touch with your Spirit Guides

Just you being quiet, going within and asking for their presence. They love you and will be happy to send a signal they`re here and guiding you.

My GF says that my spirit animal guides are a bear and a raven. Great. I'm scared of bears, and I was hoping for a Bigfoot. I like ravens, though.

Thanx for the correction Bigfoot. I was only reading the site and I felt unnerved.It struck me that it's a feasible method and so I logged off. Being in a huge house alone at night with a dog that barks at it's own shadow doesn't help much!

The questions sound logical enough, but I can't help thinking it is my own conscience and I am answering a question I already knew the answer to. Like "is it sunny today" I already know if it is sunny or not.
I seem to have the same problem when concentrating on a crystal for a yes or no answer. It always goes in the direction I expected it to go. Except once.
But isn't that listening to your own intuition?

Isn't everything? We are lucky, we know how to listen to our inner voice. Some less fortunate souls allow themselves to be fleeced by charlatans who proclaim to know 'The Secret...' And if you put pen to paper, well, the sky's the limit.
It's all kind of cultish in a way, because most of us, for one reason or another, need something to cling to.
We hold all the answers within.

Just know that you are always protected if you ask for it. Thank the angels and God for the protection they give you everyday.

There is nothing to fear if you work at keeping only love in your thoughts. The Light repels the darkness ALWAYS.

Juniperb is right, if something makes you uneasy in your gut, stay away from it.
Send it love and move on.
