He probably has food somewhere in or around the tooth. It's usually the toxins released by bacteria as they break down food that causes the pain.

Hey Randall, thanks. He finally saw a dentist today, and found out that he needs a root canal. He is glad the pain will be gone soon and now seems more like himself. I'm glad too. When someone's teeth or mouth hurts, it can really get them down.

Ouch!!!
Place a small piece of Quartz Crystal between cheek and affected tooth. If he can stand any pain the placement may cause. You probably know how to clense crystals, right? Do that first. Do you have a purple plate?
Ambasol? A tea bag might help too. Especially after the root canal.

I've had to have a root canal. Once you get in there, it's SOOOOO much better. Tell him not to sweat it. He will experience almost instant relief. AND there is not so much pain after... much less than before anyhow.

Piece of cake
